These terms apply when you use the Prevista website, including its listings and free room planner. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Who we are
Prevista is a university startup from MIT World Peace University, Pune. You can reach us at mail@faazkhan.in.
What the site is for
The site explains our property digitization and VR and PC walkthroughs, shows property listings, and offers a free planner. You may use it for your own personal or business research. Please don't misuse it, disrupt it, try to break into it, or copy it in bulk by automated means.
Images and figures
Buildings and interiors on this site are AI-generated artistic representation. They show the idea of a space, not an exact property, view, finish or surrounding. Figures describing the Prevista prototype come from our prototype model. The floor plan in the tour is a sample layout from our planner.
Listings
Properties are listed by their owners or by others authorised to list them, and you deal directly with the person who listed the property. Prevista is not a party to any sale or rental and charges no commission on one.
Listing costs ₹299 a month, for any number of properties. Other paid services, such as digitizing a property, are separate.
Listing details come from the person who listed the property. Check them yourself before making any decision, including price, size, availability, ownership and RERA registration. Homes marked as demos are for demonstration and are not available.
The free planner
The planner is free and provided as is. Its plans are for ideas and visualisation, and are not architectural, structural or legal drawings. Designs you make are yours. They are stored in your own browser, so clearing your browser data can delete them. Anyone you send a share link to can open that design.
Enquiries
The chat and contact form prepare a message that you send yourself by WhatsApp or email. Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract. Any paid service will be covered by a separate written agreement.
Our content
The site's design, text, images, software and the Prevista name belong to Prevista or its licensors. Please don't reuse them without written permission.
Other services
Links to services such as WhatsApp lead to sites we don't control. Their own terms apply there.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it without guarantees of any kind, as far as the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Prevista isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
