This policy explains what personal data Prevista handles and why. We've tried to collect as little as we can.
What we collect
We receive only what you choose to send us. When you send an enquiry by WhatsApp or email, we receive what's in your message: usually your name, phone number and email, your organisation if you give it, and the details of what you're looking for.
What stays on your device
The chat and contact form on this site prepare your message in your browser. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp or your mail app. Designs you make in the planner are saved in your own browser and aren't sent to us.
What we don't do
The site has no accounts, sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn't run analytics. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
Why we use your data
We use your details, with your consent, to reply to your enquiry, arrange a viewing, or talk to you about working together. We don't sell your data.
Who else is involved
To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google and the planner's 3D code from jsDelivr. These services receive your device's IP address as a normal part of delivering files. Messages you send reach us through WhatsApp or your email provider, and their own privacy policies apply. We share your enquiry details with the person who listed a property only when that's needed to answer your request.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for any period the law requires. Then we delete them.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Write to mail@faazkhan.in and we'll respond as soon as we can. If you aren't satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is for adults. Please don't send us enquiries if you're under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
